PLEASE NOTE: The HM Revenue & Customs deadline for 10/11 tax returns is 31st October 2011 (for the paper version) or 31 January 2012 if filed on-line.

You will need to send us various documents for completing your Self Assessment.
Either fill in details of the documents you will be sending or enter N/A in any sections that do not apply to you.
Send in the post (our freepost address is Manson Boxa FREEPOST BS8110 Arcade Chambers 8 Kings Road Bristol BS8 4ZZ) copies of any P60, P45 or information provided by former employers regarding P11D benefits during the tax year, as well as copies of any other information you think may be relevant.
NOTE: There is no need to supply information concerning your Limited Company if we are your accountants or any income from iBalance.
